The Apartments

The Stable Yard offers 8 self-catering studio apartments and one 2 bedroom family bungalow. all named after famous racecourses. All apartments can be booked from a single night to longer term stays. 

Four of the studio apartments are in the old converted coach house. It has been loving renovated using the original 17th Century beams and features. The other 4 studios are of a more modern design offering a versatile space to accommodate families or 3 adults. All apartments have a kitchen, TV and sofa, free WiFi and an en-suite bathroom. Extra guest beds are available subject to availability.

If you are working away from home, on short to medium term assignments or work secondments, then our studio apartments are perfect for you.
Note: The Aintree & Epsom have a connecting door and can be used as a family or friends unit, (3D tour).    

If you are a family moving between houses or moving into the area we have the idea family accommodation in the Newbury (3D tour). It is also ideal as a family base for those spending time touring the area. This 2 bedroom bungalow has a fitted kitchen, washing machine and living area with free WiFi. One bedroom has a double bed, the other two single beds.

Centrally located between the studio apartments is a communal area called The Collecting Ring. This area is ideal to chill-out, with friends and other guests, on the leather sofas in front of a roaring wood burning fire. With a large dining table it can also be reserved for private get togethers. (3D tour) 

This large garden seating area is open to our guests and visitors. Situated by the Collecting Ring it has a beautiful view of the fields and woodland. Perfect for a chilled drink with family and friends. There is also a gas BBQ for the guest to use. On the cooler days and evenings the Fire Pit is lit so you can stay warm; but your beer cool.   Note: There is a small charge on the gas for the BBQ
